considered “sensitive” in some jurisdictions such as biometric information,
communications or messages content, financial information, login credentials,
government-issued identifiers, health insurance and medical information, and
protected characteristics. Please note that we do not use or disclose
“sensitive” Personal Data for purposes other than those specified in the
California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Protecting Personal Data
Boehringer has taken steps, such as technical,

actors. If Boehringer becomes aware that Personal Data has been compromised, Boehringer

Boehringer will take reasonable steps to retain
